Vozol Vape Review 2026: Star, Rave, Gear and Neon Compared

Vozol at a glance

Vozol is the design-forward brand of the big-puff segment: soft-touch finishes, LED light shows, and coil technology (the S.i.L.C. dual mesh) that consistently rates among the best for flavour retention over a device's lifespan. The current range on VAPEXXL runs from 20,000 to 60,000 puffs, all at 2% nicotine (20 mg/ml) and all shipping from our EU warehouse.

Seven models are in stock. Here is what each one is actually for.

The core four: Star, Rave, Gear and Neon

Vozol's line-up is easier to navigate than most because each series has a clear personality:

SeriesPuffsPersonalityStandout feature
Star 2000020,000The all-rounderEco power mode, compact body
Rave 4000040,000The party device270-degree glow panel, dual modes
Gear 5000050,000The flavour flagshipS.i.L.C. dual mesh coil, ice/sweet tuning
Neon 6000060,000The endurance kingXXL tank, HD status display

The Rave 40000 is the one people notice on a shelf: a wraparound light panel that reacts to sound, plus a regular and a surge mode for tighter or airier draws. It is a genuinely popular festival and weekend device, and it vapes as well as it looks thanks to the dual mesh coil.

The specialist models: Click, Vista and Neon 45K

Three models fill specific niches:

  • Star Click 50000 - the modular option in the range, built around a click-to-swap flavour system so one battery serves multiple flavour pods.
  • Vista 40000 - the airflow tinkerer's pick, with adjustable output to dial in draw resistance.
  • Neon 45000 - the ice-lover's version of the Neon platform, with adjustable coolness levels instead of a fixed menthol level.

There is also a second Star 20000 variant with eco power mode, which trades a little output for measurably longer battery life - the better choice for moderate vapers who charge reluctantly.

Why Vozol rates so well on flavour

The brand's S.i.L.C. dual mesh coil is the reason reviewers keep ranking Vozol near the top for flavour consistency. Two mesh surfaces heat liquid more evenly than a single coil, which matters most in the last third of a device's life - where single-coil disposables typically develop the harsh, dry edge we describe in our burnt-taste troubleshooting guide. The mesh coil explainer covers the technology in depth.

Flavour selection is generous without being overwhelming: roughly 24 options on the 40K models and up to 30 on the Gear and Star Click, spanning fruit, mint, ice and dessert profiles. Our flavour-choosing guide helps narrow the field.

Choosing between them: a quick decision path

Because the range spans three generations of capacity, the right question is how much you actually vape:

  • Under 400 puffs a day: the Star 20000 lasts about six weeks - there is no reason to pay for capacity you will never finish, and liquid degrades long before the puff count does.
  • 400-800 puffs a day: the Rave 40000 or Vista 40000. Both land in the four-to-six-week zone with a full flavour list behind them.
  • 800+ puffs a day: the Gear 50000 or Neon 60000, where the big reservoirs actually get used and price per puff is lowest.
  • Bored of one flavour mid-device: the Star Click 50000 exists precisely for that - swap the pod, keep the battery.

One honest caveat that applies to the whole segment: advertised puff counts assume short puffs, and real users get 70-85% of the figure. Our puff-count guide shows the math so you can buy on liquid volume rather than the biggest number on the box.

Vozol vs the competition

Against ELFBAR, Vozol wins clearly on puff count per device and price per puff, while ELFBAR keeps the edge in brand recognition and compact bodies. Against Bang, Vozol's build quality and coil tech give it better flavour retention over a long lifespan - Bang competes mostly on raw capacity, as our brand comparison shows. All of this assumes TPD-compliant EU stock; the 20 mg/ml ceiling is one of the TPD rules that shapes the whole German market.

Frequently asked questions

Is Vozol legal in Germany?

Yes when sold through EU-based channels. Devices on VAPEXXL are 20 mg/ml, TPD-compliant and ship from inside the EU, so no customs process applies. Germany itself has not banned disposables, though our EU bans overview tracks the countries that have.

Which Vozol model should a beginner buy?

The Star 20000: it is the smallest, cheapest and simplest of the range. If you are coming from cigarettes rather than another vape, start with our first-device guide first.

How long does a Vozol 50000 actually last?

At a typical 500-800 puffs per day, roughly six to eight weeks. Light vapers stretch it further; heavy users get less. Puff-count realism is covered in our puff-count guide.

Can I order Vozol wholesale?

Yes - all seven models carry wholesale pricing from 10 pieces, mixable across models and flavours in one EU-warehouse order.
