We ship across the EU from our Berlin warehouse, except to countries where vape products are prohibited — the current restricted list is published on the shipping and restricted countries page and enforced at checkout.
How fast is delivery, and what does it cost?
Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day leave Berlin the same day. Tracked EU delivery normally takes 3-5 working days. Shipping is a flat €5.99, and free on orders over €100.
What payment methods can I use?
We accept SEPA bank transfer only — it keeps our costs (and your price) down. Bank details and a payment reference arrive with your order confirmation within minutes, and your order ships as soon as the transfer lands. We do not accept card payments.
What nicotine strength can I buy in the EU?
The EU TPD caps nicotine at 20 mg/mL (2%). Everything we sell to EU customers is 0% or 2% — nothing stronger is ever shown or shipped inside the EU.
Can I return a product?
Yes — EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on unopened goods. For hygiene and safety, sealed nicotine products that have been opened are excluded. Faulty devices are always replaced or refunded. Full detail is in the returns policy.
How do you verify my age?
Entering the site requires a date of birth, the check is repeated at checkout, and carriers may ask for photo ID on delivery of a first order. Vaping is strictly 18+.
