What "EU warehouse" actually means
It means the device is already sitting in a fulfilment centre inside the European Union when you order it. Your parcel never crosses a customs border, because it travels from one EU country to another. In practice that gives you four things:
- No customs paperwork. No commercial invoice to chase, no declaration to fill in.
- No surprise landed cost. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay, VAT included.
- Delivery in days, not weeks. Typically 3–5 working days across the EU.
- Trackable, insurable shipping. Local carriers with proper tracking and a delivery address you can actually contact.
The real cost of a non-EU shipment
When a vape order arrives from outside the EU, these charges can appear — and they are charged to you, not the seller:

EU-stocked inventory is also easier to verify. Devices held inside the EU are subject to EU product-safety and labelling rules, and legitimate sellers should be able to tell you which production batch you are receiving.
Two things worth checking with any seller before you spend:
- Do they publish a physical address? Our Impressum lists ours in Berlin.
- Do they state the dispatch warehouse? A vague "ships from overseas" is the warning sign to look for.

- Is the product already inside the EU? If not, budget for import charges and add a week of patience per customs step.
- Is the final price VAT-inclusive? Check the cart, not the banner.
- Is there tracking? Insist on it.
