Shipping and restricted countries
We ship from Berlin to businesses and adult consumers across the EU. This page states what we ship, what it costs, how long it takes, and — importantly — where we will not ship at all.
Despatch
Same working day before 14:00 CET from our Berlin warehouse.
Transit
1–2 days in Germany, 2–4 working days elsewhere in the EU.
Customs
Intra-EU shipments: none. No duty, no clearance paperwork.
Tracking
Every parcel is tracked; the link is emailed on despatch.
1. Rates and free-shipping thresholds
| Destination | Transit | Retail shipping | Trade shipping |
|---|---|---|---|
| Germany | 1–2 working days | €4.90 | €14.90 per shipment |
| Neighbouring EU (NL, BE, FR, DK, AT, PL, CZ) | 2–3 working days | €7.90 | €19.90 per shipment |
| Rest of the EU | 3–4 working days | €9.90 | €24.90 per shipment |
| Free shipping from | — | €75 order value | €750 net order value |
Trade shipments may be split across multiple parcels for large orders. Where that happens, the per-shipment rate applies once per consignment, not per parcel.
2. Despatch cut-off and handling
Orders confirmed before 14:00 CET on a working day are despatched that day. Orders placed after the cut-off, at weekends, or on German public holidays leave on the next working day. Orders paid by bank transfer are reserved for three working days and despatched once the funds are received.
3. Age verification on delivery
Because nicotine products may only be sold to adults, carriers may require photo identification on the doorstep for first orders and for orders flagged by our checks. Deliveries cannot, in those cases, be left with a neighbour or in a parcel locker.
Our shipping terms are set so that deliveries are made only to the person named on the order, or to an adult at the delivery address who can produce identification. A parcel refused for lack of age verification is returned to us; we refund the goods value less the return cost.
4. Product limits we apply
| Limit | Value we apply | Applies to |
|---|---|---|
| Maximum nicotine concentration | 20 mg/mL (2%) | All nicotine-containing products sold into the EU |
| Refill container capacity | 10 mL for nicotine-containing refills | E-liquid, pods sold as refills |
| Disposable device capacity | 2 mL per cartridge | Prefilled cartridges and disposables |
| Package size for refills | Largest permitted container | E-liquid packs |
| Health warnings | Mandatory text and size | All nicotine packaging |
| Child-resistant, tamper-evident closure | Required | All nicotine refill containers |
Products above these limits are not listed for EU delivery. Where a manufacturer offers a higher strength, we either do not carry it or restrict it to non-EU markets with an explicit geo-restriction at checkout. We do not present an option to an EU visitor that they cannot lawfully buy.
5. Countries we do not ship to
The following are blocked at checkout. The list is reviewed as regulations change, and it is applied automatically — it is not a manual step that can be overridden at the packing bench.
| Reason | Blocked destinations |
|---|---|
| Outright prohibition on the sale of vaping products | Countries where nicotine vaping products are banned for sale, import and possession |
| Flavour or product-type restrictions that block the specific SKU | Member states restricting flavoured e-liquid or disposable devices — SKU-level blocking applies rather than a country block |
| Online sales prohibition | Member states that prohibit distance selling of these products to consumers |
| Sanctions, embargoes and export-control restrictions | Any country or region subject to EU or UN trade restrictions |
| Carrier refusal | Destinations where our carriers will not carry nicotine products under any terms |
Operational note for the live site: maintain a single machine-readable list of country and SKU restrictions, and read it from one place — checkout, the shipping estimate, and the product page. A restriction list that lives in three different places will drift, and the first time it drifts a customer buys something you cannot lawfully deliver.
6. Non-EU destinations
We ship to the UK, Norway and Switzerland on a limited basis with fixed-rate carriage. These shipments may attract import VAT, duty and customs clearance charges, which are payable by the recipient and are not included in our prices. For destinations outside the EU we require the consignee to be a business customer, because the regulatory position for consumer distance sales is not consistent enough to guarantee compliance.
7. Damaged or missing parcels
Inspect the parcel before signing where possible. Report visible damage or a short delivery within 48 hours with photographs of the packaging and the contents, and we will start a claim with the carrier and arrange replacement stock without waiting for the claim to settle. For consumers, statutory rights are unaffected by this deadline.
8. Split deliveries and partial availability
If part of an order is out of stock we will contact you before despatching. Unless you prefer to wait for everything, we ship the available items and either hold the remainder or refund it, at your choice.
